Note to presenters with audio-visual materials:

 

If you intend to illustrate your presentation with audio recordings and/or visual ones, please plan on bringing a laptop. The meeting rooms of the Hilton are equipped with projectors and screens. We will provide a PC/IBM laptop in each meeting room. There will be someone assigned to help with audio-visual materials in each meeting room. However, given the large number of participants, you may want to bring your own equipment.

 

You may also want to bring your material saved on a PC/IBM compatible USB key.

 

If you use a MAC, please be sure to bring your own cable and adapter for the projector.
